2008 Edgar's Memorial Soccer Cup
The first tournament organized to commemorate Edgar Sanchez. A small tournament held at Niles North high school on July 19 and July 20, 2009.
There was heavy rainfall that created some difficulty for the kids tournament but was a success in the end. The adults tournment went well, also. Many teams came out, participated and showed their skills.
Our gross contributions, after all expenses, totaled $2,000 and was 100% donated to the American Brain Tumor Association.
